Terms of Use

These terms apply to orders placed in the Levi Delivery online store at levidelivery.fi. You accept them at checkout when you place an order.

1. General

These terms of use apply to the online store of Levi Delivery (“the Service” or “Levi Delivery”) at levidelivery.fi. By using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

2. Service provider

Levi Delivery delivers food, groceries, firewood and other products and rents equipment, linen and winter clothing to accommodation in the Levi fell area.

3. Ordering

To order, add products to your basket, choose a delivery date and time, enter your contact details, phone number and delivery address, accept these terms and pay. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation by email.

4. Products and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT: 13.5 % for food and drinks, 25.5 % for other products, rentals and delivery. The price shown at checkout is the final price of your order. We may change prices, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Rentals

A rental starts on the delivery day and ends at the same time of day on the last rental day (for example, a rental starting at 12:00 ends at 12:00 on the last day). We deliver rental items to your accommodation and collect them at the end of the rental; the delivery fee also covers collection.

Have the items ready for collection by the end of the rental. Bed linen and towels are left in their laundry bag outside the door by 11:00 on the departure day.

You are responsible for the rented items and their safe storage during the rental. Items must be returned complete and in the condition they were delivered, apart from normal wear. If an item is lost or damaged, we charge the cost of repair or replacement.

Winter clothing: for each person we ask first name, age, height, weight and shoe size and choose suitable sizes.

6. Payment

Orders are paid at checkout with Stripe: payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Levi Delivery does not store your card details. The order confirmation sent by email is your receipt and shows the VAT for each rate.

7. Order confirmation

After payment you receive an order confirmation with the products, prices, delivery time and delivery address. Please check it, and contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong.

8. Delivery

We deliver only to accommodation within the Levi fell area in Finland (postcode 99130). The delivery fee is €20 per delivery. Breakfast (08:00–10:00) and pizza (12:00–20:00) are separate deliveries, and rentals starting on a later day are delivered separately on their first rental day; other products come with the delivery you choose at checkout. The fee is charged for each delivery. Delivery times and ordering deadlines are described on Payment and Delivery page. Please give the exact address with house number and letter and a phone number on which we can reach you. If we cannot reach anyone at the accommodation, we leave the order at the door or at an agreed place, and the responsibility for it passes to you.

9. Cancellation

The 14-day right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act does not apply to food and drinks, restaurant and breakfast deliveries, or to rentals and deliveries agreed for a specific date. For other goods (for example firewood) the 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.

You can cancel free of charge: rentals at least 24 hours before the rental starts; breakfast by 12:00 on the day before delivery; other orders at least 24 hours before the delivery time. Rentals cannot be cancelled once the rental period has started. See the Cancellation Policy.

10. Complaints

If a product is faulty or something is missing from your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We handle complaints in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law. A consumer may also contact the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).

11. Limitation of liability

Levi Delivery is not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the price of the order or rental, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. See our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The terms valid at the time of your order apply to it.

14. Applicable law and disputes

Finnish law applies. Disputes are primarily settled by negotiation. A consumer may bring a dispute to the district court of their place of residence or to the Consumer Disputes Board.
