Payment and Delivery

Delivery area

We deliver only to accommodation within the Levi fell area in Finland (postcode 99130). Deliveries start on 15 November 2026 – you can already order in advance.

Delivery times

Breakfast 08:00–10:00, every day. Order by 12:00 on the previous day.
Pizza 12:00–20:00, every day – the pizzeria opens at 12:00. Order at least 60 minutes before the start of the delivery slot.
Other products (rentals, firewood etc.) in the morning 08:00–10:00 (order by 12:00 on the previous day) or during the day 12:00–20:00 (order at least 30 minutes before the start of the slot).
You choose the delivery date and time at checkout.

Delivery fee

€20 per delivery (including VAT). For rentals, the fee also covers collection at the end of the rental.

Breakfast and pizza are always two separate deliveries: breakfast comes in the morning and the pizzeria opens only at 12:00. You choose a time for each delivery at checkout, and the fee is charged for each.
Other products in the same order (rentals, firewood etc.) come with the delivery you choose.
Rentals that start on a later day than your first delivery are delivered separately on their first rental day (12:00–20:00), and the fee is charged for that delivery too.

Rentals

Rental items are delivered on the first rental day and collected at the end of the rental. The rental ends at the same time of day it started – have the items ready for collection by then. Bed linen and towels: put them in the laundry bag outside the door by 11:00 on your departure day. You don’t need to bring anything back.

How to order

Add products to your basket. For rentals, choose the rental period and dates on the product page.
Go to checkout. Enter your name, email and phone number.
Enter your delivery address in Levi: street, house number and letter (postcode 99130 Sirkka is filled in for you).
Choose the delivery date and time.
Pay with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. You receive an order confirmation, which is also your receipt.

Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT (13.5 % food and drinks, 25.5 % other products, rentals and delivery). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
