Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation

• Rentals: at least 24 hours before the rental starts.
• Breakfast: by 12:00 on the day before delivery.
• Other orders: at least 24 hours before the delivery time.

Rentals cannot be cancelled after the rental period has started. Contact us to cancel; we refund the payment to the original payment method.

Right of withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act does not apply to food and drinks, restaurant and breakfast deliveries, or to rentals and deliveries agreed for a specific date. For other goods (for example firewood) you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery if the goods are unused and in their original packaging.

Complaints

If a product is faulty or something is missing, contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right.
